PROJECT SCOPE
Champion modular building process was selected to provide:

• Modularity project for Army Corp of Engineers
• Genesis constructed 63 barrack buildings
• Buildings contained 504 apartments accommodating 15,012 soldiers
• Champion dedicated one manufacturing facility to meet aggressive delivery schedule
• All construction in accordance with commercial modular code

Build quickly and efficiently on army base where restrictive increased security resulted in construction and building challenges.

• Built 63 barrack buildings of 7,435 square feet each
