CHALLENGE
The new modular building needed to be architecturally consistent with the traditionally constructed apartment building located on the same site.
Client needed to meet a rigid schedule on a tight infill location.
SOLUTION
New Era Homes provided an exterior design that matched the existing building with some architectural components installed on-site.
A mixture of apartment types was used to meet local demand. Staging on-site was constrained; however, the entire modular structure (32 modules) was in place in four days.
