Champion modular construction was chosen for a HOPE VI urban redevelopment project that included building 64 one- and two-story homes within 8 months to replace an apartment complex which was deemed unlivable.

PROJECT SCOPE
  • 1,248 sq. ft. to 1,768 sq. ft.
  • 64 one- and two-story Champion modular residences to be built within eight months
  • Residences installed at a rate of three to four per week
  • Modular construction quickly replaced housing for temporarily displaced residents
CHALLENGE
Quickly build and deliver replacement housing for displaced residents.

SOLUTION
